ACTUAL CASES

These cases are just a few examples of the thousands of settlements from across the country I have successfully negotiated over the years. Many of these settlements were finalized in only 2 to 4 weeks. As with every case I take on, my clients for these cases only paid my fee for settlement terms they approved and found acceptable. Most settlements were set up on manageable monthly payment plans for my clients based on guidelines they pre-approved.

As a client of my firm, YOU are always in control of the final approval and acceptance of any settlement negotiated on your behalf.

Every case is different and there is no way to know what the final outcome of any settlement negotiation will be. Some creditors are more willing than others to negotiate debts and circumstances of each individual financial dispute always vary.

Though not all cases I work involve lawsuits, each one of these examples entailed a lawsuit that had already been filed before my service was retained.

The savings shown does not include the additional savings for my client of the creditor’s court costs and attorney’s fee (which are always pursued once a lawsuit is filed). The attorney’s fee alone can amount to 1/3 of the debt and court costs can be another several hundred dollars in addition. Including these saved costs, overall savings were substantially higher for each client.

Settlements shown below are for the TOTAL amount my clients agreed to pay and include all costs associated with the original debt and the ensuing lawsuit. My fee for each case was agreed upon in advance and was based on the size and complexity of the dispute. Fees are always billed separately after settlements are approved and accepted.
